I almost forgot to post this for all of my blog followers
The top measurements were taken on 1/1/17 and the bottom on 2/1/17. The scale hasn’t moved at all however my clothes continue to fall off of me. I do a lot of weight-lifting, more than cardio and it is clearly paying off. This month I am still going to dedicate more time to cardio but the definition I’m starting to see in my body is worth every “extra” pound that muscle weighs.

Great job! Keep it up!! 😊

Excellent progress! It’s good to mix up your workouts with cardio and weights. I do weight 3 times a week and cardio the other 4 days!. Keep up the great work! Go You!

Good for you Danielle. AND it is much more important how your clothes fit, having a higher energy level and how disciplined you’ve become by practicing healthy habits. This is a great start. The scale is just a number and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and eating for nutrients is much more important. Keep on keeping on,

Thank you! This is very surreal for me at this moment. After struggling for so long and working just as hard as I am now yielding no results, I am still in disbelief about how much I have lost to date. I’m so happy I changed doctors and found out what my issue was otherwise I’d still be on the hamster wheel today.

So True – eat for nutrients and then let them do their job! There’s no magic formula, only God’s uniqueness in creating you.
