I Finally Broke the Plateau 

I added pull ups and dips to my weight training routine and I started using the stair climber 3-4 days a week. No inches lost but the scale finally moved, thank God!

    Good Job! I finally am able to do an entire hour on the stair climber! 96 steps a minute for most of it. But it took a long time to work up to that! I am about dead when I get off, but it feels good! I lost 27 pounds in 3 months, and was where you were! I am so excited for you, and proud of your dedication it takes because it is definitely NOT easy! I can’t wait to see more of your progress! Keep up the good work! God Bless!
